  • Can I Make a Payment Online?

    Yes, as long as you are using a credit card. You can make online payments for your GlobalMeet account using the online Billing Center portal.

  • Can I Receive Support During a Meeting?

    During a meeting in GlobalMeet, you can quickly access help. You simply click the help (?) button at the top right of the meeting room. Support is available via a call, email or live chat with a support agent.

  • How Does VoIP Work and is it an Extra Charge?

    With GlobalMeet, you can use your computer or internet connection to talk or listen in the meeting with no additional charge. The GlobalMeet VoIP audio feature helps to improve vocal clarity, background noise suppression and makes it easier to understand who is talking.

  • What is GlobalMeet Collaboration VRC?

    GlobalMeet Video Room Connector (VRC) is an optional paid feature for your GlobalMeet license. It allows guests to participate in a GlobalMeet meeting from their video conferencing room systems. The cost is $15 per user/month with the purchase of a GlobalMeet license.
