Hubert de Pesquidoux
Mr. de Pesquidoux is a former senior executive of Alcatel-Lucent SA, with a 21-year career until 2009. His last position was Chief Financial Officer of Alcatel-Lucent and President of its Enterprise Business Group. Mr. de Pesquidoux was also previously a member of the Alcatel Executive Committee and held various executive positions including President and Chief Executive Officer of Alcatel North America, Chief Executive Officer of Alcatel Canada (formerly Newbridge Networks) and Chief Financial Officer of Alcatel USA.
Mr. de Pesquidoux has previously served as Chairman of the Board for Tekelec, and was on the board of Mavenir and Thales. Mr. de Pesquidoux is currently the Executive Chairman of PGI and is also a member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Radisys Corporation, Criteo SA, and Sequans Communications as well as a member of the Board of Directors of TNS. Mr. de Pesquidoux is a member of the UPMC Information Technology Board of Visitors, which advises UPMC on matters generally related to information technology strategy, acquisition and implementation.
Don Joos serves as PGi’s CEO responsible for the overall strategic direction and entire global operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry with a strong track record of transforming high-tech companies in the SaaS and UCaaS industry.
Most recently, Don served as the President and CEO of ShoreTel from 2013 until its sale in 2017. In that capacity, he drove the strategic transformation of the business to a subscription-based SaaS model. Prior to becoming CEO, he was ShoreTel’s Senior Vice President, Business Operations, responsible for product management, engineering, services, supply chain, IT and quality, and previously as VP, Global Services. From 2001 to 2011, he also held executive roles at Avaya, including VP of Global Services, VP of Global Implementations, and VP of Global Customer Care. From 2000 – 2001, Don was VP of Services and Strategic Customers at SiteStuff. Don earned a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College in Massachusetts.
Mr. Baker is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Siris Capital and is a board member of all Siris portfolio companies.
Mr. Baker started his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Goldman Sachs and has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Baker also serves as a trustee of the University of Chicago.
Mr. Berger is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Siris Capital and is a board member of all Siris portfolio companies.
Mr. Berger started his career at Arthur Andersen where he was global head of the Corporate Finance Group and was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns Companies. Mr. Berger was also a founding member of the private equity firm Ripplewood Holdings LLC. He has an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a B.Sc. from Boston University.

Mr. Hendren started his career at Georgia Pacific and was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Goldman Sachs. He has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. from Indiana University.
